Our Menu concept unites both the vegetarian and the traditional diner, and in doing so we specialize in introducing alternative tasty textures, which include tempeh and seitan. These foods have ancient origins and are artisan craft in their making; which we do from scratch. Our talent is in artfully exceeding one's expectations of vegertarian cuisine. About Me

It seems that mastering vegan cuisine would prove to be a birth right for this native Washingtonian. Born on January 28, 1981 to newly vegan-practicing parents, Mickiyah’s destiny for conquering the art of plant based food preparation would soon be fulfilled.
